INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to offer shipping to the lower Canadian provinces* through UPS or one of our trusted freight carriers on most Randolph Morris products. Although Canadian shipping is free on Randolph Morris, we do charge for duties and fees so you can receive your order free and clear at time of delivery. Below are the duties and fees for different sized items.

  • Large Item Duty Rate (including Randolph Morris Bathtubs): $125
  • Medium Item Duty Rate (including Randolph Morris Fireclay Kitchen Sinks): $75
  • Small Item Duty Rate (including Randolph Morris Faucets): $25

*Shipping prices are inclusive of all fees for curbside delivery to the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

Enhanced LTL Shipping Options

Vintage Tub and Bath is proud to partner with NSD one the nation’s most respected shipping carriers to offer enhanced shipping options to make your delivery process easier and safer. We currently offer two levels of enhanced shipping service.

First Dry Area

As stated in our shipping policies, our free shipping option will consist of a curbside delivery and liftgate service that will bring your tub to the ground. With the First Dry Area Service, NSD will take your product to the first dry area of your house, whether it be the porch, garage, or driveway. The price for this service is currently $125 and available in the lower 48 states (excluding certain island zip codes). If this service is available for your product it will be an option on the checkout page.

White Glove Service

As stated in our shipping policies, our free shipping option will consist of a curbside delivery and liftgate service that will bring your tub to the ground. With the White Glove Service, NSD will take your product inside your home to a room of your choosing. They will remove the product from its packaging, perform minor installations (see below), and remove all packaging debris from your home. The price for this service is currently $200 and available in the lower 48 states (excluding certain island zip codes). If this service is available for your product it will be an option on the checkout page.

FREIGHT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If at least one of the items on your order is scheduled to arrive with liftgate service from a freight company, the freight company will call you to arrange an estimated delivery time; delivery times are not guaranteed and will only be made Monday through Friday. You will need to schedule the delivery within two business days from the day you are contacted. Failure to do this may result in storage fees. Storage fees must be paid by the consumer before the shipment is released.

Your shipment will arrive on a full size tractor trailer. If a tractor trailer cannot deliver to your ship-to address, you will need to make arrangements with the freight company when you schedule the delivery appointment.

With liftgate service, the crate will be lowered to curbside. DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU INSPECT THE ITEM(S) CAREFULLY.

If the item arrives damaged, notate the SPECIFIC DAMAGE on the Delivery Receipt and REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT TIME OF DELIVERY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 877-868-1369 EXT 2 IMMEDIATELY.

By failing to notate THE SPECIFIC DAMAGE on the receipt you are agreeing that you received the ITEM(S) in good condition and exact quantities and are waiving your rights to a claim. Vintage Tub & Bath is not responsible for any minor or major damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Vintage Tub & Bath cannot cancel any item from an order after the item has been shipped. Please adhere to the following return policy.
  • If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times.
  • Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Vintage Tub & Bath is not responsible for monetary loss caused by late deliveries.
  • All freight items and some parcel items require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive the shipment, after three attempts the shipping carrier will return the order. You will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to the manufacturer.
  • Orders placed by 1:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday, will ship the same day and arrive on a business day according to the shipping method purchased.
  • Expedited shipping rates can be found at checkout.
  • Please call us toll free at 877-868-1369 for expedited shipping quotes on freight items and all other brands.

Damaged Product?

If you refused your freight shipment because the crate had significant damage and damage to the product was likely or the driver did not allow you to open the crate and inspect the product, please complete the form below.
