Vintage Tub & Bath understands our customers want to receive their new products quickly and do not want to be surprised with additional shipping fees. Vintage Tub & Bath is proud to offer free shipping on order over $99 to the 48 contiguous United States on every product on our website. Orders placed on a weekend day will not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.


Items over $99 ship free, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply for shipments outside of the contiguous United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, the Florida Keys, islands with or without bridge access, and Canada. For questions involving your specific shipping location, please contact customer service.


Orders under $99 ship for just $7.99, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.

We are happy to offer low priced shipping to the lower Canadian provinces* on orders through UPS or one of our trusted freight carriers on most Randolph Morris products. Please note that duties and fees are included so you can receive your order free and clear at time of delivery. Below are the duties and fees for different sized items.

  • Large Item Duty Rate (including Randolph Morris Bathtubs): $125
  • Medium Item Duty Rate (including Randolph Morris Fireclay Kitchen Sinks): $75

*Shipping prices are inclusive of all fees for curbside delivery to the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 1:00pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen below. Rates can be found on the Shipping Options during the checkout process. Please note: Weekend or Holiday delivery is not available on expedited items.

If at least one of the items on your order is scheduled to arrive with liftgate service from a freight company, the freight company will call you to arrange an estimated delivery time; delivery times are not guaranteed and will only be made Monday through Friday. You will need to schedule the delivery within two business days from the day you are contacted. Failure to do this may result in storage fees. Storage fees must be paid by the consumer before the shipment is released.

Your shipment will arrive on a full size tractor trailer. If a tractor trailer cannot deliver to your ship-to address, you will need to make arrangements with the freight company when you schedule the delivery appointment.

With liftgate service, the crate will be lowered to curbside. DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU INSPECT THE ITEM(S) CAREFULLY.

If the item arrives damaged, notate the SPECIFIC DAMAGE on the Delivery Receipt and REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Report your damage via our self service form here:

By failing to notate THE SPECIFIC DAMAGE on the receipt you are agreeing that you received the ITEM(S) in good condition and exact quantities and are waiving your rights to a claim. Vintage Tub & Bath is not responsible for any minor or major damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.


  • Vintage Tub & Bath cannot cancel any item from an order after the item has been shipped. Please adhere to the following return policy.
  • If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times.
  • Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Vintage Tub & Bath is not responsible for monetary loss caused by late deliveries.
  • All freight items and some parcel items require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive the shipment, after three attempts the shipping carrier will return the order. You will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to the manufacturer.
  • We do not offer personal pickups or personal drop offs "returns" at our facility at this time.
  • Expedited shipping rates can be found at checkout.
  • Please call us toll free at 877-868-1369 for expedited shipping quotes on freight items and all other brands.


Please inspect all packages and crates upon delivery. Keep in mind that UPS packages and all common carrier freight (tractor-trailer) must be inspected for damage within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims made after these time periods may be rejected by UPS or the freight carrier. If you find damage, defects or missing parts within the times allotted above; please contact our Customer Service department toll free at 877-868-1369.
