PRODUCT REVIEW TERMS & CONDTIONS

CONTEST ENTRY. For a limited time, you can win a $500 Vintage Tub & Bath e-gift card by reviewing one or more of your most recent purchases! There is no limit to the number of products you can review, and each accepted product review will be counted as an entry to win a $500 e-gift card to Vintage Tub & Bath. Eligible entries will be accepted until May 31, 2020. A winner will be chosen by June 3, 2020 and contacted via the email provided in their product review.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. Entry is open to residents 18 years and older residing in the continental United States. Entries become the sole property of Vintage Tub & Bath. By submitting an entry/product review, you grant Vintage Tub & Bath a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable right and license to use, perform, exhibit, reproduce and otherwise exploit the entry/product review (including the photo or video, if any) in any and all media, without notice or compensation. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible/garbled, inaccessible, damaged or misdirected entries or Contest email invitations, all of which are void. Sponsor is also not responsible for (a) programming, electronic, technological, telephonic, network or other malfunction, error or failure which in any way affects or interferes with the operation of the Contest (including the receipt of entries/product reviews/photos or videos) or Vintage Tub & Bath web site itself or (b) any mechanical, programming, typographical, printing or other error of any kind affecting a Contest email invitation.

**CONTENT RESTRICTIONS. VINTAGE TUB & BATH PRODUCTS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE PRODUCT REVIEW (INCLUDING THE PHOTO OR VIDEO, IF APPLICABLE) IN FULL ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRODUCT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS; ANY DEVIATION FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT VOIDING OF ENTRY AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Additionally, content of product review and photo or video (if applicable) must be truthful in all material respects, showing actual usage of indicated Vintage Tub & Bath product (do not use photo editing software or the like to alter or manipulate the images/product performance as captured by photo or video). Entry will also be deemed void and will be disqualified if product review and photo or video (if applicable) is determined by Vintage Tub & Bath in its sole discretion to be inappropriate, does not pass BazaarVoice review inspection, profane or unfit for publication, to advocate alcohol/drug use, violence or illegal conduct, if it disparages Vintage Tub & Bath brand, or violates the rights of any third party (this includes persons identified or depicted in the product review/photo/video and, if applicable, the photographer or videographer [if not you]).

**WINNER DETERMINATION. Vintage Tub & Bath will select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries/product reviews received. For the avoidance of doubt, provided that the product review/photo or video (if applicable) is in compliance with these Official Rules, the content of the product review/photo or video (if applicable) will not be taken into account in selecting the prize winner. Potential winner will be contacted via e-mail within (3) business days of the contest end date. If winner cannot be contacted for any reason, is determined to be ineligible or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules & decisions of Vintage Tub & Bath and its agencies, which are final & binding in all respects.

**PRIZE (1): One $500 Vintage Tub & Bath e-gift card. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution permitted. Vintage Tub & Bath reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Applicable taxes on prize (if any) and unspecified expenses related on acceptance/use of prize are winner’s sole responsibility.

**CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By accepting prize, where legal, winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Vintage Tub & Bath and its designees without further compensation or notice. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Vintage Tub & Bath, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (including BazaarVoice), from any and all liability arising from the Contest or acceptance, receipt or use/misuse of the prize. If Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Vintage Tub & Bath’s control (e.g., computer virus or act of fraud), Vintage Tub & Bath may cancel/suspend/modify Contest and pick the winner from among all eligible entries/product reviews received prior to and/or after action taken by Vintage Tub & Bath or otherwise in a manner determined by Vintage Tub & Bath in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules; Vintage Tub & Bath will notify all registered entrants of such action via email. Tampering with Contest, Contest email invitations, Vintage Tub & Bath web site, violation of these Official Rules or any attempt to defraud Vintage Tub & Bath will result in disqualification; but, disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy available to Vintage Tub & Bath. Vintage Tub & Bath’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules is NOT a waiver of such provision. Any dispute or claim regarding the Contest will be resolved pursuant to the internal, substantive law of the State of California. Any such dispute/claim must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in federal or state court in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania with recovery being limited to one’s actual costs in participating in the Contest with all damages or other forms of recovery being expressly waived.
