We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, PayPal as well as personal, business, bank, and cashier's checks. eBillme payments take 1-3 business days to process. Personal checks take 10 business days to clear before we can process an order. We also accept money orders denominated in US Dollars.
We require that items be paid for in full before we process an order. In some cases you may see a charge on your credit card statement before you receive an item. This can occur when you order an item with a long lead-time near the end of your credit card billing cycle. Call us at 877.868.1369 if you have any questions.
We charge the applicable Pennsylvania Sales and Use taxes for all orders delivered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We also calculate and collect the appropriate duties and broker fees at the time of purchase for orders delivered to Canada, therefore you will not have any additional charges when you receive your delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the FINAL price. Note: there are no Canadian duties and fees associated with any Cheviot items. For all other customers, taxes are your sole and exclusive responsibility.
