FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

How do I clean my solid surface bathtub?

Once a week, clean your solid surface bathtub using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. You may use any liquid cleaner. However, do not use powders, pastes, cream cleaners, thinners, or dry cleaning fluids, as these may stain and damage the bathtub. Rinse the surface of the tub clean immediately after cleaning with soapy water. Do not allow liquid cleaner to remain on the surface of the bathtub for extended periods, as this may also damage the bath. For a deeper clean, disinfect your resun bathtub using a weak bleach solution. This solution can be left to soak for 20-30 minutes.

How do I remove a scratch from my solid surface bathtub?

Gloss Solid Surface Tubs - Remove marks and fine scratches using a 1500-2000 grit sandpaper. Once the scratch is gone, polish the bathtub using a car burnishing compound and a soft cloth.

Matte Solid Surface Tubs - Each matte solid surface tub comes with a small low-scratch scouring pad. Use this pad to gently buff out marks and scratches.
