If you received your item(s) damaged please use this form to notify Vintage Tub & Bath of your damaged product.

Note: This form is not intended for Manufacturers Warranty claims. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@vintagetub.com or by phone at 877-868-1369 ext 2 for assistance with Manufacturers Warranty issues.

Note: If you received your products through a freight company (YRC / Estes / UPS Freight/ FedEx Freight):

  • You must contact that freight company within 48 business hours to notify them of damage
  • You can do this by using the phone number and PRO number on your freight company delivery receipt
  • You must notate who you spoke to and the date/time you called
