Complete disappointment --- curved bottom caused installation time to quadruple ---

Drop-in sink does not mate with flat countertop. The bottom of sink causes a void of i/4" to 3/8" between countertop and bottom of sink on all four sides. This is too big to be filled in with caulk. Very disappointed and suspect I received a reject or secondaryt product. Measuring from corner to corner on the top of the sink with a flat edge, there is a void of 1/16 to 3/32" in the middle of the 18" dimension on all 4 sides..
I am very disappointed and have contacted Whitehaus to see if they have a fix for this problem. There are four supports at 3, 6 9, and 12 o'clock on the bottom and these supports extend below the bottom edges of the sink and prevent the sink from resting on the countertop. I am hoping there will be a resolution to this problem and I do not have to post a complaint on the BBB website.
