Looks great, but...
the threads to secure sink basket to sink is too shallow. I attempted to install on a Rohl fire-clay sink. The thickness of the sink along with the rubber gasket did not allow the retaining nut to be installed. When compared to other sink strainers, the threads on this unit was about 1/4 inch shorter. Maybe this strainer would work good on a cast iron sink with a reduced thickness. Ended up buying an oil-bronzed strainer at an Ace Hardware
