Good but ... This is a good shower rod. I did not, however, expect it to be 2 pieces for this price. I suspect that it will not last long. April 18, 2013
SUNRISE SPECIALTY L-Ring Shower Rod This worked great over our walk-in bathtub. The tub has no wall or anything behind the seat and there was a little splashing when using the hand help spray. This seems very sturdy and was fairly easy to install even though it had to be cut to fit exactly but we knew that would be the case. I think it looks great. Shipping took a couple weeks but overall a good experience and it arrived in perfect condition. May 31, 2012
very nice piece of equipment I recently remodeled my late-1920s era bathroom and ended up reusing the old cast iron tub. It fits into the corner and the one corner of the tub that extends into the room is curved. They don't make them like that anymore, as I found out when I tried to buy a new one! I wanted a new shower curtain rod that would follow the unusual curve of this tub. I also wanted one that was very nice quality. I got both things in the Sunrise rod. Even my contractor praised its virtues, and he does not fling the compliments around very often. I also bought the companion rod that attaches to the ceiling. Everything worked well and looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. May 29, 2012
Needs support rod I purchased the Sunrise Specialty L-ring shower rod at a significantly higher cost than similar options because Sunrise boasted that it was sturdy enough to work well without the ceiling support rod. As it turned out, the rod noticably sags, despite a well-executed installation. I now have to order the ceiling support rod which raises the overall cost quite a bit. May 24, 2012
Great rod Lives up to all expectations.  Very strong.  No extra support hardware required. May 21, 2012
Shower Rod I love the shower rod I purchased. The only minor problem is the screws need to sink flater . May 14, 2012
Great bathroom accent This corner piece was just what we wanted and looks great in the brushed nickel finish.  April 12, 2012
L Ring Shower Rod We purchased this shower rod for our newly remodeled bathroom. Since we took down a wall that had been built at one end of our tub, we needed a rod that would curve and reach the back wall. We decided we didn't want a support rod hanging down from the ceiling if possible. After researching many, many shower rods, we found this site and read the great reviews about the quality and stability of the L-ring shower rod. Our contractor was pleasantly surprised with the weight of the rod and the ease of installation. He was a bit hesitant about not needing the corner support but once installed, realized it was pretty sturdy. Of course, I wouldn't want anyone pulling down on the shower curtain constantly - I'm sure it wouldn't last too long, but for now it looks great and works well with the look of our new bathroom.
