Unfortunately, the Randolph Morris Shower enclosure Riser Brace didn't actually FIT the Randolph Morris Shower Enclosure rod..which is a significant design flaw. We had to come up with alternate solutions, so I would not recommend anyone purchase this unless they're in the scrap metal industry.

Are they made by the same company?
I ordered two (2) extra supports for my enclosure, by Randolph Morris, due to the location of tub. I assumed that ordering parts from the same company would make it easy to install, I was wrong! The support rod couplings were not the same size as the enclosure I had purchased. The outside diameter of the enclosure tube was 3/4", the inside diameter of the couplings are....1/2". There was no mention of this in specifications for the support rods. I had to have the couplings milled out to fit the enclosure rod.

Quality/Service Excellent
This brace and its base etc are nicely finished, and very well made. Very nice weight. I ordered the wrong item on line, but with one call to cust svce the order was cancelled and new one made. No delay, no confusion re credits etc. Polite, efficient amd competent.
