Comfort and Luxury I purchases two of these towel warmers when I redid two bathrooms. I have only tested one so far, as the other bathroom isn't yet complete, but it appears to work, and I am looking forward to the comfort and luxury of warm towels on cool mornings. I was pleasantly impressed by the service offered. Shipping and delivery were quicker than I expected. I ordered the two towel-warmers at different times, as I wanted to see how the first one looked before ordering a second, and shipping and delivery were fast in both cases. The product looks like the ad, which is good The cord is long enough to reach an appropriately placed outlet. I had a GFCI outlet placed near where I intended to put the towel warmer, so I have an extra length of cord to deal with and will need to think what to do with that. However, the length is probably good if you are using an existing outlet. The switch is a toggle wiht a light to show when the device is on. It is located on top of the unit. Since I ordered a large size, and the unit is hung somewhat high on the wall so it doesn't interfere with use of the facilities, this puts it a bit high for me to see, but I dealt with that in the other bathroom by placing it lower. The unit does take up a fair amount of wall space. That's a design issue for me, but I figure that you make up for it by hanging lots of pretty towels on the rack. After all, you can't wrap up in wall art. .I have not yet had a chance to use the towel warmer so can't speak to durability or other factors yet. March 19, 2013
Works Great! We finally got our towel rack up and love it. We have a compact bath and no room for towel drying. The rack displays them nicely folded and drys them. July 26, 2012
Nice product, but template inaccurate This is a high quality product, much admired by firends, but difficult to install because the measurements in the mounting istructions did not match the product.  I suggest you measure the actual device before mounting. All's well that ends well. June 7, 2012
Very poor product Did a complete remodel of my house beginning in June 2011 and finishing up in December of 2011. Drilled through tile to install a portion of the towel rack so must use this unit or fill holes. Unfortunately we installed rack, plugged it in and it has never worked. Big letdown since this was the guest bath our adult children and their spouses used during Christmas! May 29, 2012
Towel Warmer This was a great addition to our bathroom redo. While we wanted to be as vintage as possible in bringing the 1980s bathroom back in line with the 1880s house, we also wanted a bit of luxury for our guests. The towel warmer is a nice touch and was easy to install. It is great to grab a warm towel on a cold day! May 28, 2012

towel warmer worked as advertised i decided to purchase the towel warmer to primarily fight against moldy smelling towels during humid months when the towels did not dry completely. the added benefit i found is that the warmth feels great when stepping out of the shower. the product works great! i put mine on a timer to turn on and off twice a day (morning and nite) so that it does not run continuously. i don't believe it would cost much in electricity if it did stay on all the time, but i prefer to conserve. installation was a snap (i did it myself), although i did have to drill a second set of holes after the first ones were off by about quarter of an inch. i felt i was careful about measuring and marking the location on the wall, so i would caution to be extra diligent when doing this- there is very little play. it should take less than an hour to install, a pretty easy process. i'm very happy with the money i spent, and the moldy smell is gone.
