Quality Reproduction
Great quality is very apparent in this solid, well-built faucet. The styling if perfect for our Arts & Crafts cottage, but has the added benefit of modern construction. Nothing about the design or manufacture is less than perfect.

The faucet is beautiful, and looks great with the facuet on the clawfoot tub that we got through vintage tubs.

Bathroom Sink Faucet - Victorian by Randolph Morri
As part of our master bath remodel, I was looking for the perfect fixtures and could not find them anywhere in the local home improvement stores. After searching online, I luckily came across this site and VIOLA! The perfect look; although the manufacturer is apparently not the same as the Roman Tub Faucet we purchased from youi, it is a perfect match. We ordered two sink faucets; one was faulty when the plumber went to install it. I immediately called your customer service and a replacement was overnighted to me right then and there. No hassel, no fuss. Lots of apologies. I just don't know how you all could have been better about the unfortunate situation Except for me having to have the plumbers come back out (at $85.00/hour) I feel you did everything humanly possible to right the situation. The faucets are installed; are beautiful; are the envy of everyone who has seen them. Great choice on my part.
