Porcelain Lever Handles
A beautiful set, the only negative is the screws that attach are not long enough so it is hard to secure the lettered handles tight enough to not spin around.

Love the vintage look
We remodeled our 1919 bungalow bathroom and wanted a true vintage look and feel. We ordered this set because it had the "Look" we wanted. I especially love the "hot" and "cold" wording on the handles. It goes well with our "Kohler" look alike pedestal sink. The only thing was that the handle installation was not to my liking. As ou can see in the pictures, the handles are not horizontal, they install vertically and face the same direction as the faucet. I've gotten use to it over time, but it would have been better to have them face the way most faucet handles sit.

Very Pleased with Quality of Product
ON QUALITY/VALUE OF FIXTURE - I am very pleased with the quality of the product, which is far superior to anything I was able to source locally. The product has a great vintage appearance, which complements the restoration of my 1920's bathroom. I bought matching Randolph Morris fixtures for my claw-foot tub, and the combination is stunning. Value-wise, the price is unbeatable.
ON INSTALLATION - According to my very experienced handyman, installation of this product was fairly difficult. There may have also been a language barrier as my handyman is French, and all instructions were in English. That said, the instructions didn't look detailed enough, by my estimation.
ON DEALING WITH VINTAGE TUB - I have ordered twice now from Vintage Tub and Bath. On the phone, their representatives are helpful. They did not answer any of the questions I submitted on my online order form. Furthermore, with both orders, there were typos in my address, name and/or contact phone number. In both cases, this may have proved a problem if someone hadn't been home to answer the door. They really need to improve their quality controls in these two respects. Delivery was otherwise fine (no delays, goods well packaged).

Vintage Faucets
I absolutely love my new faucets. I was haivng a vanity built for my bathroom as part of my home renovation and looked at faucets everywhere and the prices were extremely high. When I found your website I ordered them right away. The customer servce rep was amazing and I enjoyed dicussing decorating and other renovation ideas with her. I am very pleased and wish I had contacted you when I was looking for faucets for my kitchen. After looking at your website I've found plenty to come back and buy. It was a great experience. GREAT QUALITY
I love these taps--the quality is outstanding--much better than what I expected for the price.They are a good size, bigger than what they appear in the picture-not too big ,but big enough to make a statement.The packaging of the item was fantastic.
