Poor Door Frame Design I had this shower Professionally installed and it was a nightmare. This shower is absoluteley beautiful to look at but every morning I look at the top frame of the shower and am fearful that this will be the day it seperates. I should have know better when the door on the shower in the showroom didn't sit properly. The glass doors are very good quality but the framing is held together with caulking. Do not attempt this project on your own. Also, you need to let the caulking set up for at least one week. June 8, 2012
Neo Threshold Shower This review is based upon the delivery and verification and satisfaction of all parts delivered without damage. Every box was well packed and supported. The salesman was most helpful, he extended every courtesy to me. October 19, 2010
Not worth it! I thought I was getting a great looking modular shower for our guest bathroom. This turned out to be a nightmare. Not only did pieces start to fall apart right out of the box, but then it turned out to be the most complicated puzzle to put together. I hired a handyman to install it, who has a lot of experience installing standard showers. It took him 3 days, and the integrity of the shower is very suspect. I need to call a professional shower door specialist to fix the shower door since we couldn't get it to fit well. I guess if I started with a professional shower installer it may have gone more smoothly. The tile setter I had called to assist the handy man didn't want to touch the job. I bought it to save time and money. I don't think it did either. I should have just put in a standard shower and saved myself the headache of worrying if the shower will leak. I would never recommend this to anyone. September 15, 2009
