perfect fit
The swivel arm on this unit is so convenient to hang towels and bath mat. Not only does it look hi-tech, but it warms up fast, and warms the shower room, too. I can't wait for winter to use it all the time.

Great towel warmer but pain to install
Love the towel warmer. Best part is the arms swing put so its easy to hang a towel. Only drawback was installation. There are 3 pieces attached to the wall that have to be perfectlly lined up. Took a couple of tries, but worth the effort.

Amba towel warmer
I purchased the Amba Big Jill Swivel Towel Warmer from Vintage Tub & Bath via internet and also called Vintage to confirm the order and get an estimate of shipping. The order was placed on Tuesday and it shipped on Friday and I got it on the next Tuesday, exactly as the Vintage rep told me. The Vintage response was quick and excellent. I also had a question for Amba about the product which I sent vis email. Amba immediately responded and even called me to answer the question. I am very pleased with both Vintage and Amba personnel and with the product.
