My product was installed by a licensed plumber. At first we got one wrong part but Vintage Tub & Bath apologized and immediately sent the correct part. My plumber was great and didn't charge for the return trip to install the correct part.
I have not had any other problems with the part, it works great and I am very satisfied. I think the price was better than I could have gotten at a parts store.
