Paper Holder
I love the looks of the holder, however it doesn't screw down, it just spins around----------is it suppose to do that? I have thrown all the packing away, just not quite sure about this. Was in a hurry to get this placed because I was having a large wedding at my home------------the bathroom is done in a Civil War Motif-------looks good but not sure if this will become a problem.
