Lavatory Sink Faucet - Centerset, Lettered Porcelain Lever Handles - Elizabethan Classics
The 'hot' handle on mine was cracked upon arrival. The faucet itself is fairly cheap, with threads sloppy enough where you cannot expect anything to stay tightened (for example, the handles will perpetually be loose). It is attractive, and has a good finish, but you can get a better knock-off for the same price at Home Depot or equivalent.

The faucet arrived promptly. High quality workmanship. Installed quickly by my contractor. Looks great on the pedestal sink in our remodeled bathroom of our 102 year old house! Coordinates well with porcelain faucets used in tub, even though different manufacturer.

I had the faucet installed by a licensed plumber. It leaks both from the underside of the mount and under the deck. Unfortunately, the warranty is at the supplier's discretion. When I called Vintage Tub, they contacted the supplier in Baton Rouge, LA. The supplier has sent me two pieces, with no instructions or schematics.
I have not yet tried to take apart the faucet to replace the parts, so I do not know if they will fix the leak. The plumber said that was not the problem--but if I want him to come back to replace the parts, I will, of course, have to pay him.
At this point, the problem is not resolved.
