Tub Warranty Quick Reference
All Randolph Morris items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of five years from date of purchase provided the products are installed by a qualified licensed plumber and shall not apply to the labor or expedited shipping costs for the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty covers only the specific residential use for which the products were intended and is limited to replacement of defective parts only, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative.
Many of our tubs carry a lifetime limited warranty (see item text to confirm). This lifetime limited warranty covers defects in the porcelain, cast iron, or acrylic that cause the tub to be unsuitable for use. Examples include cracks in the porcelain or cast iron and rust spots resulting from a defect in manufacturing. We also warranty the paint against cracking, peeling, and lifting for a period of one-year. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the tub, or refund your money. This warranty is for the life of the original, non-commercial owner for as long as he/she owns the tub. Commercial purchasers receive a one-year limited warranty on the porcelain, cast iron, acrylic, and paint.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Elizabethan Classics (E.C.) warrants, to the initial consumer purchaser, the Cast Iron
Legtub to be free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the tub, provided:
- (1) the tub has not been moved from its original place of installation;
- (2) the tub has not been subjected to abuse, facility maintenance, accidental or miscellaneous damage;
- (3) the tub was installed according to the schön instructions provided; and
- (4) the tub has not been modified in any manner.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty
American Bath Factory extends to the original consumer purchaser a limited lifetime warranty that the
shell will maintain its structural integrity and configuration and be free of water loss due to a defect in the tub
shell for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.
If a defect is found in normal residential use, American Bath Factory? will, at its election, repair, replace or
make appropriate adjustment. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to American Bath
Factory? with all warranty claims. In no event shall the liability of American Bath Factory? exceed the
purchase price of the product.
All factory installed components (feet, pump, blower, etc.) are covered against failure due to defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one year.

Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty (Exclusive to VTB) on All Strom Tubs when Installed by a Qualified Licensed Plumber
Sunrise warrants that all its bathtubs, faucets, faucet handles and accessories shall be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for five (5) years so long as the original consumer purchaser owns such products. The finish on all bathtubs, faucets, faucet handles and accessories is warranted against bubbling, peeling and corrosion for two (2) years from the date of purchase from Sunrise. Gloss reduction, fading, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. Any ceramic faucet handles developing cracks or chips should be promptly returned to Sunrise for replacement, as a cracked or broken handle may result in personal injury. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Sunrise will repair or replace, as it deems appropriate, any product that has been determined to be defective. Defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations without Sunrise’s prior written consent, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty (Exclusive to VTB) on All Cheviot Tubs when Installed by a Qualified Licensed Plumber. Cheviot''s fixtures are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.Any parts that are proven defective by their inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced free of charge, but with no allowance for labor, other expenses or losses. They make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable, or fit for a particular use. Under no circumstances will they be made liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature.
