    Whitehaus Collection grids, drains, and basket strainers carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturer''s defects.

    All Whitehaus Collection products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. This warranty is non-transferrable. Whitehaus Collection is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    This warranty applies only to Whitehaus Collection products used in residential applications. Products used in commercial/industrial/business application are warranted for 1 year from original date of purchase.

    With the purchase of an old house, one of our customers just couldn''t pass up the opportunity to remodel her kitchen with a vintage style Whitehaus WH512 Large Double-Bowl Farmer Fireclay Kitchen Sink. The proud owner of this sink is Mindy and her husband, Teague. Mindy composed an article that we posted on our Daily Tubber VTB Blog. She is also the author of her own blog, Our Fixer-Upper. Mindy being a web designer and Teague an interior designer, they took it upon themselves to redesign their kitchen and install this sink and undermount kit (shown below in the picture on the left) on their own.     Over all good Kitchen sink is nice. A little narrow maybe and left us with a good space behind it. I ended up putting a ceramic jar behind the faucet to store my sponges. April 18, 2013
    Undermount kit I returned the undermount kit. I had custom cabinets made and found it easier to have a sold bottom built in to hold the sink instead of trying to mount this kit. If replacing a sink with existing cabinets this kit should work. May 29, 2012
    Missing parts Loved the thought of this however 2 of the wall mount brackets that hold the rod were missing and we did not discover this until we opened the package. September 3, 2010
    sink undermount We found that we did not need this product, as it was cheaper and studier to use 2 by 4 pieces and was alot more stable to hold the weight of the sink. We ended up shipping the proiduct back for a refund August 2, 2010
    Farmhouse sink I found Vintage Tub and Bath online, looking for a reasonably priced farmhouse sink. The company was pleasant to deal with . I called to verify which parts to buy for installation and the woman who helped me was helpful and pleasant. I received my product in a timely manner and even though I was told I would have to unload the product from the truck myself, the driver was kind enough to offer to help. I can't speak to the ease of installation but my contractor had it installed in a day and I heard no complaints. It is beautiful and a pleasure to use. I was very happy with the whole transaction.     'Farmhouse sink and undermount kit We are so pleased with our Whitehaus farmhouse sink and the undermount kit that was purchased along with it. My sister loved it so much that she bought the same thing from Vintage Tub and Bath and cannot wait to have it installed. It is the focus of our kitchen and makes it look quite special!!!!
