Nice sink with some quality control issues
We were replacing a rusted vintage pedestal sink and this one was a close match. It arrived well packaged and intact. While the plumber was installing it, he discovered that the pedestal top wasn't level, and it was so far off that he couldn't complete the installation. I contacted Vintage Tub & Bath, and they had me email some photos of the problem. After reviewing the photos they arranged to have a replacement pedestal sent right away. The replacement was much better, and though still a bit off-level it was minor enough that the plumber was able to work with it. The sink looks great, and the VT&B top notch customer service was a pleasure to work with.

Pretty Pretty Pedestal...
Price beat all competitors; easy ordering; timely shipping; merchandise arrived in excellent condition. The only snag we hit was the ceiling surface where the sink drain attached to the sink was slightly imperfect, making it hard to seal. Had to use sealer instead of the standard washer fittings. Post-installation looks great -- the sink steals the show in our bathroom and receives many compliments. There are cheaper pedestal sinks out there, but this is well-cast, heavy-duty porcelain, with a true vintage look. We're quite pleased and hope to have it for a lifetime.

Have a professional install if your distance to wall water pipe is different or you do not use their fixture.

Finally got around to installing it yesterday. It's a very nice unit and everyone is happy... and I'm done with all three of my bathrooms!

Great sink
Shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. It's a beautiful pedestal sink.
Not any more difficult to install than any other pedestal sink. Highly recommended.

Small issue with the sink
The sink drain stopper, when fully open, is not straight. Our installer said the opening in the sink for the lift lever is not perfectly vertical. Otherwise, a beutiful sink that fits well in our 1923 home.
