LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sunrise warrants that all its bathtubs, faucets, faucet handles and accessories shall be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for the lifetime of the fixture so long as the original consumer purchaser owns such products. Gloss reduction, fading, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Sunrise will repair or replace, as it deems appropriate, any product that has been determined to be defective. Defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations without Sunriseprior written consent, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.
