IMPRESSIVE
Recieved the product just days after I ordered it. Everything that I needed was in the box, wrapped and protected well. There was not a scratch on any part of the product. No burrs on the threads which made it a gem to install. I wish I knew of Vintage Tub and Bath years ago.

Clawfoot Tub ans accessories
Did a bathroom remodel and replaced old fifties built in tub with a clawfoot. Full on chrome phone style hand shower etc. Added the chrome supply lines with the white cold/hot handle inserts. The whole project came out looking fantastic and I saved quite a bit of money on the tub and fixtures! Online and on phone assistance was outstanding!

Classy look
These have a classic look to them and they function well. Installation by a very-capable plumber went smoothly (this is important -- get a skilled tradesman to do this install, not an average handyman). One year later and this hardware is still functioning perfectly and looks great.

Strudel
These were a bit tough, quality product. I generally only use 2 wraps of Teflon tape and had leaks on the supply line, in tightening to stop the leaks I cracked the valves – Vintage replaced them free! They recommended using 5-7 wraps of teflon, I went with Rector Seal pipe dope instead and have not had any problems. I ended up using the pipe dope on everything and cleaned the execss off. I think it is teh way to go since teh teflon was iffy, even my own was causing problems.

Tub parts
Got the part right on time. Price was great. Fit like a glove. My only regret is I didn't buy my clawfoot tub there also

supply lines
Nice valves, but 3/8 supply pipe looks chintzy, 1/2 inch would be preferable.

product is nice
The item is fine - only drawback is the color on the oil rubbed bronze. It's too dark and does not match our other accessories which are oil rubbed bronze.
