Overall happy with product. Had little bit of a long drawn out conversation with the person on the other line. Now i did call late at night but, he should of known a little bit more on the product without stopping to refer to the book. I point out the fact its being advertise as a 6" riser. When in fact its a 6' riser. When asked about the washer and nut that connect it to the faucet, if it came with, i was told to buy the "up grade". This was an increase in money, but i didn't have to mess with an old washer that did't fit properly. when package came, a month later, box was torn. So had to get "missing" washer and nut. To find out i paid for extra lenght i didn't need.
All said and done the parts came within a week. Not a month like the pipes. And the product is of good quality as the original!
My wife is happy not to have to take a shower in the basement. (The baths were getting old.) So with that said, She is happy i'm happy. Thank You, Kevin

Riser
Over all it was ok, it had to be cut which was not easy. It was very hard getting the end into the faucet. There was not any paper work to show you how it should be done.

Extender is fine
This seems to work just fine...our plumber had no trouble installing it.
