This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009.     valves, etc They seem to work well. A bit difficult to install due to small space between the wall and tub. We had just enough room to place them. We've not had any problems or need to shut down and they are holding up quite well. February 9, 2010
    Looks Great I was concerned about how this would look because of the way my tub had to be installed the plumbing would be visible, no need to worry because it looks great and is easy to get to if needed. Great product. October 21, 2009
