The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009.     Nice faucet! We were looking to do some upgrades, while keeping the 'vintage' look of our bathroom that was built in the 30's. This faucet was perfect! Its been installed for ~3m now and so far so good! Its just what we wanted and the quality is outstanding! We had a contractor install while doing other work, so I can't comment on the ease of installation, other than to say the contractor didn't have any problems and we haven't had to call him back out.
