retro with classy showerwand
I had tub with faucet like this one (no shower) growing up - 1903 house with 1915 tub. Got shower wand and wish had tiled further up wall... my lack of knowledge. Good faucet and company!

Handshower hardware is mostly excellent
This handshower arrived as described and appears to be made of high quality brass materials. It installed easily and functions great overall. I gave it four stars because the black rubber bumpers on the handshower have started to crack and fail only 6 months after it was installed with only minimal subsequent use. If the rubber is going to fail so quickly, Strom should include plenty of extras.

Hand Shower
Love it! Installed on old tub. Husband installed and said it went on easy! Looks great, works great. Really improved the enjoyability of our old cast iron tub.

Correct information needed on fittings
Your customer service people need more education. Our plumber called and questionned specifics. When the product arrived, he still needed to go out and buy products to modify the facet fittings. The whole procedure was costly.

Handheld Shower for Clawfoot Tub
We are delighted with the new shower hose for our clawfoot tub. After years of using rubber hoses we wish we had found this option long ago. It looks nice and solved the issue. Bravo!
