All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase, when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. This faucet can be mounted onto a bathroom wall using the p0166 3" swing arms, however, you will not need to use the Part # p0166hu hook ups included. And the stubs coming out of your bathroom wall need to be 1/2" IPS to connect to the swing arms. Also, the centers are adjustable from 4 1/2" - 12" centers. There is a minimum center of 4 1/2" because you thread the first swing arm on then you need to thread the second one on, doing a complete 360 degree rotation which means the centers of the stubbed plumbing coming out of the bathroom wall needs to be far enough apart so the 2nd arm can do a complete 360 degree rotation to thread on for the installation. Therefore, the minimum center for bathroom wall mount is 4 1/2".
