    All items other than tubs are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of 7 years from date of purchase when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. The warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed and does not extend to products purchased before 2009. Warranty is offered exclusively by Vintage Tub & Bath.

    Disapointed The tub drain looks great and installed easy and really upped our beauty appeal, but the stopper doesn't hold water. We had to disassemble the stopper unit and now we use a rubber plug. June 8, 2012
    TUB DRAIN PIPING OVERALL THE PARTS SENT WERE OF EXPECTED QUALITY. THE "REDUCER" BETWEEN THE 1 1/2" DIA. SCH 40 PVC PIPE AND THE 1 3/8" DIAMETER BRASS PIPE WAS NOT AS MUCH AN "ADAPTER" AS IT WAS A RUBBER RING WITH A RECTANGULAR CROSS SECTION THAT IS PUSHED IN THE ANNULUS BETWEEN THE TWO PIPES.     claw foot tub drain I would recommend this product to anyone. It was shipped using every precaution to insure that it arrived in perfect shape. My install plumber had no trouble fitting the drain to my clawfooot tub. The result was exactly what I hoped for reasonable price point, trouble-free shipping and installation!     Strom Plumbing - Clawfoot tub drain assembly- I received the order in an efficient and timely manner. However, since that time illness in my family has prevented me from installing the assembly. When it arrived, I did open the box to check the contents and everything appears to be there. The finish is great (polished brass) and it looks to be of excellent quality. Once I can do the work and make sure that the angled overflow head and tapered gasket fit correctly (on the verticlal mating area on the tub) I will write a proper review of this assembly.     Recommend with caution The drain is very good looking and fits the tub well. I really like the lift and turn plug feature. However . . . the plumber had a very difficult time getting it to not leak because the washer provided was very thin, weak material. He had to go to the local home improvement center to get a reasonable rubber washer. December 29, 2008
