Pantry Faucet
We needed a faucet in our 1919 farmhouse pantry that looked right and more-or-less matched the existing hardware, didn't take up counter space (wall mount), that we could use for coffee and tea making, filling vases, rinsing cat and dog bowls. This product was the best faucet for our purposes - our only negative is that we wished it came in other spout length sizes - in our circumstances, the 9 inch spout extends out too far to look right, although it functions beautifully.

good product
We have loved having this unique faucet in our remodeled upstairs bath. We have received lots of compliments about it. I also love having the two languages for the hot and cold. (especially b/c I broke one of the porcelain inserts that say 'hot' and 'cold'. So it was nice to have back-up. Beware*the inserts are breakable!!!)

Belle Forte
I am very happy with the faucet set. However, we were shipped a package that had obviously been a return because the hardware and instructions were missing. We received a new package within 3 days and that was great. But the self-addressed label that would be used to ship back the original package was addressed to my contractor which necessitated another call to customer service. Exercising more quality control would be my recommendation.

Wall mount
Appears to be a great product for a great price We had two installed last week in our master bath and one is a bit loose. The plumber is coming back to have a look. So, I only gave it a 4 star rating until I find out if the looseness is a defect with the product or the if the plumber just didn't tighten it properly. I do highly recommend this product.
