Beautiful
It's looks awsome in the little space I had to install it in our log cabin in the mountains. The only problem was the feet didn't go on very easily. Thank God I have a handy husband, but him and his laborer took at least an hour cause the feet weren't the same exact size and were hard to fit on the tub, then it looked crooked and lopsided till they did their own 'customizing'!
Although it was a pain to put the last 2 feet on, and after hearing the swearing for an hour, it was done. The tub is made very well and I saw one in Lowe's weeks later more expensive, and couldn't believe my husband was able to 'pick it up' with one hand, it seemed to be made of plastic. This one is very heavy and looks very durable. It does look beautiful and I get lots of complements on it!

So Nice!
There was a slight problem with the white glove delivery service(unorganized), but other than that the tub arrived with no damage, and about a month after ordered.
This tub is solid and well build, also extremely heavy. Im very happy with this product, all my friends are jealous of my tub. I would recommend this product to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

great quality & craftsmanship
Our new tub and fixtures are now installed. Even our plumber was impressed with the quality. Excellent assistance from Ginger in placing our order.Everything arrived in good shape.

We love our tub. If our bathroom was any larger we would have installed one that was longer. Our son takes baths regularly in the tub and it's deep enough for him.

Defective product - terrible process
Off of the truck, in the crate, the tub looked beautiful. Too bad one of the legs is mounted 3/4" shorter than all of the others. Our floor is level. The tub is level - one leg just hangs into the air 3/4" above the floor. This defect was impossible to see during the delivery and was only found once we carried it to our second floor bathroom.
We currently have it shimmed with ceramic tile. This was supposed to be my dream tub but it has been a massive disappointment. As I write this, it's Saturday. VTB is supposed to call me on Monday to talk about what can be done, but I have completely had it.
According to the review guidelines, this review should focus on the product rather than the process for ordering and delivery. I will say, however, that our ordering and delivery process was a nightmare; our tub took over 9 weeks to arrive, and that I have had to call VTB six times to resolve the situation. I guess two words sum it up for me: Never again.

just one tiny flaw...
the feet are not adjustable for floors that aren't perfectly level. Had to use a stack of fender washers to even it out. And at least one foot came off in transit. Otherwise it's great.

I was a bit hesitant to order a tub that I'd only seen online but all the reviews I'd read made it a little easier, plus your customer service was really helpful. We've gotten so many compliments on our new bathroom! Thank you!
