very satisfied
I am very happy with my new toilet. The quality is very good and looks great in my "Victorian" bath. I did experience first one delivered broken and second one wrong toilet, but customer service was great! They mailed me correct one at no cost and were very willing to make things right. It was so nice for a company to have a great attitude and happily provide good customer service after the sale.

Toilet
First toilet was recieved shattered due to shipping, but Vintage tub replaced it immediately without question. It looks great. I installed a nicer handel on it because the handel it comes with looks cheap.

English Round Front Toilet
I purchased this product mostly based on price and that it more or less matched the existing pedistal sink. The tank arrived with a broken lid which was immediately replaced-such is the risk of mail-ordering such items. The product was simple to install. My primary issue with the toilet is that it tends to clog much more readily that the other three low-volume toilets in the house. Based on that, I would not recommend this product.

Missing hardware/Lack of details in instructions.
The hardware kit that came with the toilet was missing ALL of the rubber washers that are supposed to protect and cushion the ceramic from the metal. The instructions lacked any information or details as to the size, thickness or quantity of washers needed as well as proper placement. I had to add washers in areas where the instructions did not call for their use. These were areas where there was danger of irreparable damage which would be caused by tightening of bolts and/or the weight of the tank. I had to sift through endless bins of countless types of washers at the hardware store to figure out how to make it work properly as well as spending the extra money. This was quite difficult to do without detailed instructions as well as not having the toilet at the hardware store with me to ensure that the washers I was purchasing would even do the job. THIS ADDED TWO HOURS TO MY INSTALLATION TIME.

commode pretty but......
I ordered this commode a month ago and it took 5 shippings to get it here without being broke. I have never had such a time. Customer service was very nice an sympathetic, but that still did not fix the situation. The last shipping was a lid that normally had broke before it got here, was in tack, but had black spots all over it. Now we are trying to get another lid. My patience is worn thin!!!!! Hope no one else has this problem. We asked for a small compensation for our time and trouble, but to no avail. TRAIN SHIPPING DEPARTMENT HOW TO WRAP WITH BUBBLE AND PEANUTS, BECAUSE BROWN PAPER WILL NOT PROTECT.
