Good wall hung toilet at a good price
Overall a very good walll hung toilet at a very good price. Delivery was well within the time that was stated and the unit was packed well - everything arrived in good condition. A few issues kept it from 5 stars - The instructions are sketchy (unless you are very careful, they are easy to misinterpret...), the upgrade to
a chrome control panel would have been nice, but was a huge increase in cost (why?), and the Cheviot website is terrible- i.e. it's very difficult to find clarification on instructions or find replacement parts.

Cheviot Toilet
Just wish it had been clearer that the toilet seat was not included. I wound up having to order it separately as I didn't realize I had to scroll down further to find the seat order. It should be much clearer on the online order form.

Best Thing About Our Redo
How do you love a toilet? All I can say is that not having an ugly tank is fantastic and the wall flush works just fine.

Looks Awesome
Toilet Rocks in the looks department, also saved a bunch of space. You can't compare to standard toilets when measuring length out from wall! Flushes strong, Works good! Assembly and fitting can be tricky, but worked out well and weren't not plumbers. Other than actual seat / toilet that hangs on wall, all other parts are plastic? I might look at buying spares, just in case.

Chavis wall hung toilet
Perfect for my small space. We converted a pantry to a half bath. It was not wasy to install but it fit in the small space with a little room to spare.

Wall hung toilet-good but could be improved
VERY easy to clean. Love this feature!!!
Purchased a great "no-slam" toilet seat to go along with it, a must have with a house full of boys.
Improvements to make it an even nicer product:
1. Make the flush lever out of something other than white plastic (which makes it look a bit cheap.)
2. Design the flush lever so pushing stop is NOT a necessary.
3. The bowl tends to collect stains and not flush waste away each time, not sure if this is the shape of the bowl or the amount of water used to flush, but this could do with improvement.
I would still buy this toilet again.

Love My Toilet
I am very happy with my purchase. It looks great and flushing mechanism is very efficient. We are
using this tolet in a basement bathroom where space was a concern as well as water pressure.
One great benefit from a wall hung toilet is that you get to choose the height at which your toilet
seat will be installed.
