High quality, great price
Ordered the polished chrome, came on time and customer service was great when I called to provide a tracking number. We had this faucet for a month now, works well with the new free sending tub.

Paired with a Cheviot Cast IRon Tub
Installed with a Cheviot C211NBWOOD. The elegant yet simple design works perfectly with the tub. Only con I have come across is that after using the hand shower, it drips when place back in its holder. So just make sure you place it in the tub for a short while for it to empty the dead space in the tubing of the hand shower and there will be no spills.

I've enjoyed using this faucet for almost a year with no problems other than spraying the room a few times when the grandbaby changes the water direction without my knowing. It was an easy install for our plumber and looks beautiful.

It's Perfect!
We are in the process of a large remodeling project in our 92 year old brick "Sears" farmhouse. Our challenge is to fit all the details on our wish list into the parameters we have to work with. Consequently, we purchased a beautiful Kohler corner tub for our bathroom, originally intending to enclose it with a shower and faucets on the wall. After putting it in place, we didn't want to hide it by enclosing it so we went in search of a faucet that would work for our specific application. After a great deal of hunting we came across this faucet, as well as the matching sink faucet and tub drain. When I saw it on your website I knew that was it! It is absolutely gorgeous, giving our bathroom a touch of a contemporary look. We got ours in the brushed nickel finish and it's beautiful. We thought we'd have to give up the shower but actually have the shower wand with this, which was a bonus. We've received many compliments on it already (including our plumber). As for service, when it arrived, the top of the cold water faucet was scratched in shipping (which simply unscrews to replace).They sent me a replacement without any problems. We love the ease with which the handles turn. The quality looks great. We did have to modify the drain plug because our ceramic tub did not have a hole for the handle to open and close it, but again, it was a very easy fix and we love it. We would not hesitate to recommend this.

Wow!
Love this faucet. Everyone who sees it raves and wants one. Nicely engineered. It has the feel of quality. It would have been a better product with an integrated shut off valve. Fortunately, an idea came to me (install a secret access panel in the upstairs floor cavity which is more work but not a disaster) to hide the shut off valves with braided flex lines .
