Any parts that are proven defective by their inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced free of charge, but with no allowance for labor, other expenses or losses. They make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable, or fit for a particular use. Under no circumstances will they be made liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature.

    Love soaking My contractor installed the tub so I know nothing about that. The finished project was wonderful and I love soaking in the tub. I do have a tankless water heater so I don't run out of hot water before it is filled. That was one of the negatives I had read prior to purchasing. October 23, 2009
    Regal Junior Our tub is beautiful! We are extremely happy with the product and the price the only thing that could be improved is the quality and thickness of the finish on the enamel as ours was able to be scraped off when attaching it to the base and it was a surprise to us that that happened. Happily it is unnoticable and has not hindered our appreciation of the product. August 9, 2008
