    Whitehaus Collection Products carry a Full Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

    Whitehaus Collection Farmhaus Fireclay sinks are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Whitehaus Collection Farmhaus Fireclay sinks also carry a 10 year warranty against fading/staining of the glaze.

    All Whitehaus Collection products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. This warranty is non-transferrable. Whitehaus Collection is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    This warranty applies only to Whitehaus Collection products used in residential applications. Products used in commercial/industrial/business application are warranted for 1 year from original date of purchase.

    Love it! I just love this sink! It's beautfully crafted and plenty big to put every dish I own in it at once. I love the small side section to keep my sponge in or to lay my recycling before I take it out at the end of the day. Overall a great sink for a great price. I couldn't be happier! May 29, 2012
    kirtchen sink This sink replaced the original 100 yr old sink, the style of the farmhaus sink fit perfectly into our old fashion kitchen. The sink is large enough to put in the broiler pans, very easy to clean up, the side sink is perfect for scraping off the dishes. I LOVE this sink. When we get to the final remodel this sink stays and has a timeless look that will work in any kitchen. Great sink! May 28, 2012

    Love the sink! We have not yet installed this sink in our kitchen (remodel coming soon...) but It is absolutely beautiful!  Came EXTREMELY WELL PACKAGED  and protected!  My only disappointment is in not being provided adequate information about necessary accessories at the time I purchased the sink.  Apparently you have to be careful about the kind and model of disposal you get as well as the flanges and strainers.  Added several hundred dollars to the purchase.     Great Sink - Poor Response by Company We love the sink. The company is not so great on follow-up. I sent an e-mail to the company about the installation kit on 5/19/10 and they never bothered to respond. Don't waste your money on the installation kit - it doesn't work and cracked our sink when we used it. Fortunately it is in the back under side, or we would have lost the sink. I had to buy a tub mat (not a sink mat) because it is such a great size! June 8, 2010
    New Farmers Sink Our new farmers sink has just been installed in our newly renovated kitchen. Even though we love it, we do have to comment that one side of the sink had a "wavy" look at the top of one side. Thus forcing us to have the culinary sink on the right side instead of the desired left side. Other than that, so far we are very satisfied with the value of our new sink. April 21, 2010
    Farm Sink I purchased a farm sink from you for my new home and it works out great it is a very large sink and holds up well with lost of use 5+ people and is great for cleaning and filling large pots and pans. October 22, 2009
    great sink Large deep basin. Smaller attached sink is great for drying pots and pans. Absolutely love it. Simple ordering process through vintage tub. Would do it again. October 14, 2009
