    Whitehaus Collection Products carry a Full Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

    Whitehaus Collection Farmhaus Fireclay sinks are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Whitehaus Collection Farmhaus Fireclay sinks also carry a 10 year warranty against fading/staining of the glaze.

    All Whitehaus Collection products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. This warranty is non-transferrable. Whitehaus Collection is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    This warranty applies only to Whitehaus Collection products used in residential applications. Products used in commercial/industrial/business application are warranted for 1 year from original date of purchase.

    Fireclay Information

    Fireclay is a variation of vitreous china that has greater amounts of quartz and feldspar in the clay material. It is denser, thicker, and approximately 30% heavier than regular clay.

    Fireclay construction is ideal for large fixtures. It allows for a durable, smooth, flat surface, which is not attainable with standard vitreous china.

    PLEASE NOTE: Fireclay sinks have slight variations in size including a slight pitch on all four sides; we highly recommend the sink be on site when cabinets are being ordered or manufactured.

    Farmhouse sink I ordered the sink Nov 12,2012 we received it Dec 24th you have to wait for it a log time,but will say it was packaged very well,when we took it out of the box and looked at it,It was beautiful well worth the wait,but then again,I ordered a faucet with another company and that was Nov 13 and still don't have it.     Mag I love my black sink! It looks great in my new kitchen. I would recommend to anyone putting in a new kitchen to make your cabinets taller to accomdate the deep farm house sink, especially if your tall. I do find myself bending over more than usual. May 29, 2012
    Great Sink-poor racks Purchased to install in new home. Product came on time and in great condition. Have used for two years and it still looks good. The racks we purchased had several of the rubber feet crack or fall off. Those have been replaced at no charge but one of the welds on a rack came apart so we have had to replace the entire chrome rack. May 28, 2012
    Farmhaus sink We remodeled our entire house and this sink was the first thing I picked out (good thing, because if it was the last I wouldn't have had any money leftover for it!). I love it, we get lots of compliments on it, it is study and deep, cleans up easily and the fluting on the apron gives it just that little extra special something. May 21, 2012

    Lovely Farm Sink I bought the farm sink as the final piece to my newly remodeled kitchen. I have recieved so many compliments on my choice and what speaks out more than anything is the appreciation on it's beauty from people who would prefer a more modern look in their own homes.
