    Warranty

    Whitehaus Collection faucets and accessories carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Mechanical components are warranted against defect for 5 years from the original faucet purchase. Whitehaus Collection faucets and accessories finishes are warranted 2 years against tarnishing, peeling, and staining.

    This warranty does not apply to living finishes such as Weathered Copper and Weathered Bronze.

    All Whitehaus Collection products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. This warranty is non-transferable. Whitehaus Collection is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    This warranty applies only to Whitehaus Collection products used in residential applications. Products used in commercial/industrial/business applications are warranted 1 year from original date of purchase.

    Whitehaus Special Finish Disclaimer

    Special finishes include Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Mahogany Bronze, Pewter, and Oil Rubbed Bronze. Please be advised that all special finish products by Whitehaus Collection may vary due to the nature of raw materials during the finishing process. Special finishes will blend among products but may not be an exact finish match.

    Also, due to the varying Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes offered by all manufacturers, shades will differ amongst fixtures and accessories.

    Effective August 4, 2010, all special finishes are Non-returnable.

    Really great..except one major flaw We bought this faucet in pewter for our white cabinet and dark granite kitchen remodel. It looks great with our huge farmhouse sink. It is really heavy and feels very sturdy and is a much better price than most bridge faucets I have seen. Really I love everything about it except...the sprayer handle is black plastic. You cannot tell from the pictures but it cheapens the look of the faucet. Here you have this very hefty faucet in a beautiful finish that comes nicely wrapped in a cloth bag...and then a plastic sprayer handle. And not a substantial feeling plastic either. I emailed Whitehaus, not that I expect them to do anything about my particular product but so they can know that they could do better. I would give this 5 stars if not for the plastic. Had I known, I'm not sure I would have bought it and I hope it holds up. Thanks to the previous reviewer who had a problem with the hole spacing, I insisted our granite fabricators drill the holes on site. Thank goodness because they were going to put them equidistant from each other and that would not have worked. Make sure your fabricators fully understand how long (wide?) the lever handles are before they drill your counter surface. May 12, 2013
    Whitehaus Vintage III Lever/Bridge Upon installation I found that the opening for the gooseneck into the bridge is too big, causing the gooseneck to rock back and forth. This is not able to be corrected by tightening or by any other means. This is a factory fit and it is inexcusable in my opinion. Now the current fixture must be unistalled, a new fixture obtained (should I even decide to go Whitehaus again, and hopefully with a decent factory fit) and then reinstall the unit. Moreover, specifically with the lever units, be sure to make sure the spacing for the side spray is determined BEFORE drilling any holes or deciding which sink might best fit with this unit. I have a butcher block counter with an apron front sink and drilled holes for this fixture at equidistant increments, alotting for the bridge fixture requirements and assuming the side spray would be fine with an equally-spaced hole either to the right or to the left (to the right in my case). Now the end of the lever is about 1/4 inch from the side spray and the nozzle/handle of the side spray will hit the end of the lever if cocked to either side (see pics). A quick solution to this is to try to obtain cross handles, which Vintage Tub and Bath tells me are available although I haven't been able to reach them by phone for price and availability and would prefer not to "leave a message." Nonetheless, had I wanted a cross handle unit I would have ordered one in the first place! In conclusion, although this fixture definitely seems to be high quality as far as durability and I will most likely try my luck with a new unit, making sure the gooseneck has a proper fit before shipping, engineering at Whitehaus and quality control at the factory seems to be seriously lacking.     Beautiful Faucet I love this faucet. I was hesitant when purchasing it as there were no available photos of it in polished chrome which I bought it in. I can say that its gorgeous in chrome, sturdy and functions great. I have it in a apron sink in a "modern farmhouse" style kitchen and the faucet makes it all come together.     Beautiful faucet! I was surprised at the terrific quality and aesthetic of my Whitehaus faucet. I had purchased a Grohe and a Blanco before this one (subsequently returned), and it rivals both brands on all levels. The (chrome) finish is beautiful and it is quite possibly the heaviest faucet ever! I ultimately chose the Whitehaus because of the styling and the fact that it could be paired with a matching bar faucet (not easy to find with other brands). I also had to call the manufacturer to clarify model numbers and product line information while shopping online, and customer service was excellent and most helpful. If you are hesitant to go with Whitehaus because maybe you haven't heard of the brand (I hadn't heard of it, nor could I find many reviews) I hope my review encourages you. You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous high quality purchase!! Oh, and Vintage Tub is one of the best online retailers for plumbing I've found- competitive pricing and super fast shipping!     Beautiful, quality faucet We purchased the oil rubbed bronze finish and absolutely love it. It is very nice to look at and functions well. My kitchen is a french country style and this faucet is perfect. The faucet itself and the sprayer work very well. I only have positive things to say about it. The workmanship is excellent.
