    Warranty

    Whitehaus Collection faucets and accessories carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Mechanical components are warranted against defect for 5 years from the original faucet purchase. Whitehaus Collection faucets and accessories finishes are warranted 2 years against tarnishing, peeling, and staining.

    This warranty does not apply to living finishes such as Weathered Copper and Weathered Bronze.

    All Whitehaus Collection products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. This warranty is non-transferable. Whitehaus Collection is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    This warranty applies only to Whitehaus Collection products used in residential applications. Products used in commercial/industrial/business applications are warranted 1 year from original date of purchase.

    Whitehaus Special Finish Disclaimer

    Special finishes include Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Mahogany Bronze, Pewter, and Oil Rubbed Bronze. Please be advised that all special finish products by Whitehaus Collection may vary due to the nature of raw materials during the finishing process. Special finishes will blend among products but may not be an exact finish match.

    Also, due to the varying Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes offered by all manufacturers, shades will differ amongst fixtures and accessories.

    Effective August 4, 2010, all special finishes are Non-returnable.

    Good quality product The faucet is very good quality. I ordered 3 faucets from this company and all 3 are good quality but this faucet for my kitchen is definitely the best. The faucet has a good size goose neck but sitting above my large farm sink they fit together perfectly. The long neck swings back and forth, reaching the whole sink. Most sprayers feel cheap. This one is heavy and works perfect. May 27, 2012

    Classic style Whitehaus makes a great product. Initially, we purchased an off brand bridge faucet from another dealer and had nothing but problems with leaking despite speaking to their technicians multiple times. Ultimately, returned this product and installed a cheap HD faucet until we could do further research. We settled on this faucet with the satin nickle finish. Vintage tub had by far the best price and it arrived without incident in a timely manner. It was so easy to install, looks beautiful, and functions like it should. We have used VT in the past and will again in the future. December 27, 2010
    Beautiful Faucet I love the look of this faucet. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the trigger on the sprayer is black and not the same metal finish as the faucet. I am fine with it now, but was surprised since you can't see the trigger in the pictures online. Also, my contractor told me that due to the goose neck there seems to have a slight drip. The aerator also came out of the box very dirty and we were worried that this might have been a return faucet but it works fine. Overall a beautiful faucet. Very happy with it. January 28, 2010
