Overall very good.
We like this towel rack very much. Works well. It is great having warm dry towels. However, one of the plastic plugs on the side fell off immediately. Made the product seem cheap. Also all of these towel racks should have a built in timer. They do not need to be on all the time. These are both suggestions for the manufacturer.

Good product
I bought these for a cabin in the mountains, and am pleased with them. They warm the towels nicely, and keep them fresh.

Re build
The dryer is cheaply built it has little plastic or metal buttons that keeps falling out from the sides that I have to super glue them, for the amount of money spent I should'nt have to do this Like everthing now this too is made in China.
Other than minor repair wth super glue it works as stated

Very Nice
I bought this towel warmer for a Christmas gift for someone that loves the warmth. He loves it and keeps his towels on it all the time. Has plenty of space for at least two towels. We weave them through for more warmth. Great product and good price.

Hot Towel Rising
I have remarked on a number of occasions just how smart it was of me to purchase this product. I installed a GFCI receptacle in the wall wired from an existing circuit, assembled the towel warmer and plugged it in. It's ran almost continuously for the last few months with no issues. Warm, dry towels every day. What else could you ask for. My only complaint is that I didn't buy one of these years ago.

Great buy
Having enjoyed heated towel rails in some European hotels, we decided that it would be a luxury even in Florida. We don't use it every day, but love it on cold days.
