36" Verona Range
Unfortunately, the enjoyment and use of our new gas range was negatively affected by the condition it was delivered.
While the range works fine, there apparently was either a shipping or manufacturing event which produced a small, 1-iinch diameter dimple in the stainless steel, right on top, in the front of the unit. Because of its relative size, this defect went unnoticed during the "48-hour product review period". Although we did open the box upon delivery to make sure it was the correct model, the range was not removed from the pallet and completely inspected until 30 days later, when our new kitchen was completed.
Vintage Tub and Bath and the distributor EuroChef responded that they are not responsible.
Interesting to note that other on-line kitchen appliance stores offer 30-day and 90-day product review and return policies. For a $3,000.00 "hand-crafted" product, I expected just a little more from the distributor.
I plan to publish these photos and my complaint on consumer websites, because I am fairly certain that Vintage Tub and Bath will not publish this review.
