Gloss reduction, fading, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Sunrise will repair or replace, as it deems appropriate, any product that has been determined to be defective. Defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations without Sunriseprior written consent, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

    Tub Soaker I have a new large soaking tub and needed a place to put a bar of soap and this item seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately, it is made for smaller claw foot rims. I tried to bend it out a touch but it is a sturdy, well built item which is a sign of a good quality product. Just wish the rim on my bathtub would fit the soap dish. January 30, 2013
