    Lifetime Warranty

    Sunrise warrants that all its bathtubs, faucets, faucet handles and accessories shall be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for the lifetime of the fixture so long as the original consumer purchaser owns such products. Gloss reduction, fading, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Sunrise will repair or replace, as it deems appropriate, any product that has been determined to be defective. Defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations without Sunrise prior written consent, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

    I'm a perfectionist and this item was perfect! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this product and this company. I live in Canada so the idea of ordering something online was scary. I had recently ordered a reproduction toilet from another online company in the US and it was a total hassle. The quoted price was wrong, the shipping costs were incorrect and I had to go to the border to clear it through customs myself. But not my Vintage Tub order. It arrived at the door, perfectly packed. Each piece came out perfect and gleaming. As I'm restoring a house, I often order items online and am usually disappointed. Ordering through Vintage was fast and easy - it was the easiest order I've ever placed. I would completely recommend this company and am hoping they have what I need to complete my reno.     Sunrise Specialty Tub Drain - Oh the Problems!! Oh, the problems we had with this! According to our contractor, the "boot threads were robbed" so the pieces wouldn't stay together. It took at least six calls to both Vintage Tub and Sunrise Specialty and three weeks lost from our project before this problem was resolved and new parts arrived. Then, the first time that we used the tub, the porcelain "waste" label on the top of the drain spout came off in our hand! I'm just hoping that new problems don't pop up in the future....     Clawfoot tub and fittings We have been remodeling our 100 year home in vintage style. The clawfoot tub, faucets and fittings we ordered from Vintage Tub were perfect for our latest bathroom project. Ordering was clear and simple.     Looks Original This tower drain is finely machined brass. As I had to hand fit the entire drain to my 1915 Kohler tub there was a lot of assembly/ disassembly. The smallest amount of teflon tape gave everything a watertite seal and I recommend this to anyone needing a period piece for their clawfoot/ skirted tub. Do install the 1/2" supply lines in whatever finish you choose and this will totally complete your bathroom. August 20, 2008
