    S-2133 Towel Warmer The Towel Warmer works great. My issue has to do with the English translation from the original Italian that desperately need to be reworked by a good technical writer with a ruler. I installed it myself and am glad I did. It would have cost a bundle for the excess time needed to translate the bad terminology and the poor technical descriptions into something usable. Many "for hire" folks would have totally winged it and hoped for the best. Biggest technical problem was that the dimensions were off by just over 1/4", which isn't much, but for installing a rigid fixture, it is too much--walls won't squeeze and the fixture won't stretch. I installed a digital timer to replace the little contact switch which looked under engineered to me. I have written to customer service detailing the problems and have yet to hear back (1 month).
