  • Imperial Slipper Clawfoot Tub by Restoria
  • Acrylic Construction - Each Restoria bathtub is steel reinforced for added rigidity. Restoria is the only manufacturer with this added feature
  • Acrylic shell heats with hot water to maintain the warmth of the bath
  • Restoria constructs their tub feet from a vinylester resin mixed with strengthing fibers. The manufacturing process, called Molded Intensified Resin Casting, produces a tub foot that is as strong as a traditional cast iron foot yet is much lighter and has a very smooth and beautiful finish.
  • Restoria tubs are offered in White, Bone, and Biscuit. Bone is similar to American Standard Bone finish. Biscuit is similar to Kohler Bone finish

    • Manufacturing Process

    Restoria bathtubs are made of acrylic/fiberglass (acrylic inside and fiberglass outside). Each Restoria Bathtub is cast from a vacuum formed acrylic shell and is then strengthened with thick fiberglass. The bathtub exterior is then handcrafted one at a time to exactly mimic the look of an old world cast iron tub from yester-year. The exterior character marks will be slightly different in each Restoria unit made. No two tubs are exactly alike, so the customer can take pride in knowing that Every Restoria tub is unique!

    Slipper Clawfoot Tub I put my tub in an old house that we remodeled and it fits right in with my decor. It looks antique while being new. It's very comfortable, because of the high back while relaxing for a long soak. I'd recommend this tub to anyone. August 18, 2008

    Slipper Tub The tub is great, and a great value. Everything, tub and fittings, all shipped quicly. The only caution is that the back/slipper feature was not as high as I expected; some of the others on the Vintage Tub site have a back that is 30", which I did not note when I ordered. I think the picture of the Restoria Imperial is accurate, but after looking at several tubs I had a mental image of a much higher back than this tub has, and in the box it looked as if it was flat, so you need a level when it's in the packaging. I am very pleased with the tub, but went through a bit of panic when I thought they sent the wrong one. August 13, 2007
