    Slipper Tub Package I was very happy with the overall experience and the product in particular. I called the sales rep a couple of times and she was very helpful and polite. Amazing experience these days. After ordering the product and reading the many email reminders about shipping and receiving the product I was very concerned about the state my product would arrive in. But when it came there was only a rip in the shipping carton cover and no damage or scratches inside at all. The carton was so sturdy we cut it up and are reusing it for craft projects. My plumber didn't seem to be very impressed with any of it when he did the rough in. But when he was packing up to leave and we put all the parts back in their packages he said "This is some good stuff." In other words he was impressed after being a plumber for over 25 years. He is usually short on compliments so this was a major plus. Only negative comments I have: Made in China label stuck on the acrylic tub. It should not be there. Stick it onthe bottom. Now i have to get the adhesive off the acrylic. The escutcheons are sort of cheap feeling and LOOKING. I purchased a washstand faucet from another manufacturer. The escutcheons were much sturdier and of higher weight; and they LOOKED ten times better than these. July 27, 2010
