Tub of envy
This tub is fantastic, we love it, we'd like to marry it, or get married in it! ! So easy to carry upstairs into our new master bathroom, looks stunning. Its funny but pretty much everyone who sees it immediately says ahhhh & promptly gets in line to house sit anytime. We two can bathe together (hey its a double slipper ok folks), I'm 5'8" 150lbs & He is 5'10 170 and it works quite nicely thank you very much. He was not that keen on a bathtub until he tried this one, nice quiet relaxing... its restored our sanity and our muscles on several occasions. Fills quickly, since its acrylic you can get in right away before the water has gotten very high without freezing on the cast iron. It does cool more quickly than cast iron, but has never been an issue for us if needed we add a dash more hot, but that happens rarely. We moved in before the shower was done so we relied on the "telephone" to keep us clean...the whole system worked well, the back of the tub is high enough that you didn't have to scootch down very far to rinse your hair. I felt the price was quite reasonable & the way it was shipped was so sturdy, and handled well, the thing was pristine upon arrival (what am I saying, its still pristine!). Customer service was excellent as well, helpful & friendly...like they actually knew what the heck they were doing. Only wish they were local so I could make them brownies or something.
