Bathroom Sink Faucet - 8-inch Widespread with Pop-Up, Metal Cross Handles - Victorian by Randolph Morris
This is a beautiful faucet, but I had no idea from looking at the pictures how big it is. It comes out past the middle of the sink, and almost looks more like it belongs in the kitchen. I just have a standard round sink, so maybe if you have a big sink it would look more like it fits the size. Luckily it pivots, so I'm able to move it when I need to rinse my face etc. It is beautiful, and I love the idea. I was not going to bother returning it after it was installed, but it is a little too big.

Awkward stopper mechanism
I don't see how the designer of this could have come up with a dumber pop-up valve mechanism. The pineal on the top of the valve looks like the obvious thing to pull in order to close the drain stop. Wrong! Instead the stopper is closed with another lever poking up at a weird angle through the side of the flange at bottom and creating a hole in it for water to leak through to under the sink.

Just an awesome and beautiful faucet. We love the high rise on it.

We installed two of these in our master bath about a year ago. They are nice quality and holding up great.

Beautiful but big!
I love this style faucet and that the handles perfectly match my tub hardware. Also the faucet piivots from side to side & has no nooks & crannies to clean. The only problem is that they are really big, which it is difficult to see from the picture. The faucet is so long that it is almost too long for my pedestal sink; when both hot & cold are turned fully on, the water sprays right over the edge of the sink.

Very nice, quality product at a very reasonable price. Larger than I expected but it looks great!

Nice looking but difficult to install
I ordered two of these for my master bath double vanity. I had contacted Vintage Tub about a bathtub and ended purchasing these sink faucets as well. As far as quality they look very nice and are working nicely. I had a major problem with installation though. I had a 1 and 1/4 inch marble top put in and these faucets could not accomodate the depth even though they say they fit up to a 1 and 1/2 inch top. I spoke with VT two times. They were of no help. I then called my marble installer and he was able to from underneath the cabinet use a special tool that literally chiseled away the marble at the drilled holes. I was able to install properly after the counter top holes were 3/4 inch. This is a standard size top..beware if you go any thicker on the vanity top. Some companies make shaft extenders, this one does not.
