rod We like poduct and service. It take little bit long to get it, but we cannot complain. I recommend this product. January 22, 2012
Less than I expected The shower rod showed up in a cardboard box with no packing inside to prevent damage although the rod was wrapped with paper. When I went to install the rod I noticed how thin the rod was and there were dents (defects) in the long straight section. When I brought this to the attention of the company they said someone would call me back which they never did. After three days, I called them and was told that they were sending a replacement.
