I am very happy with product and the excellent service I received. I had some questions so decided to phone. My call was promptly answered by a polite and informative rep so I placed the order over the phone. After comparing prices on similar products, I was a bit hesitant since the price was so low. Everything it was advertised to be.
The bathtub faucet and hand shower we bought was of extremely good quality and was everything it was advertised to be. I looks great on the clawfoot tub we installed it on.

Tub Faucet Randolph Morris
It's beautiful. The plumber even commented how nice it looked in the clawfoot tub that was refinished. Vintage Tub & Bath stands behind the products they sell, the porceline in the hot faucet was damaed and they immediately sent a new one to replace the damaged product. It wasn't a big thing but it meant a lot to me not to go out and try to replace it myself. Vintage Tub & Bath sent it to my home promptly. I will purchase again from this company, it takes care of their customers.

Great product!
I am a regular do it yourselfer and this was so simple to install. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality was excellant. It works perfectly and SO much better that the spicket tub faucet I have been using for the last 5 years. The price was the best I have found anywhere and believe me I had been looking for years for a faucet I could afford to "splurge" on.

Worth it!
Tonight I took a bath in my 1915 tub for the first time in 2 years, thanks to VTB and this faucet! We ordered matching sink faucet, drain, supply lines, etc. to complete our bathroom renovation. We were impressed with the solid feel of the fixtures--real brass under that chrome. They should last another 95 years.
We were also impressed with the customer service from VTB. Without the fixtures, our bathroom renovation, held up by non-plumbing issues, would have been pushed back beyond the 10 days we had allotted. They were shipped 2-day, which I was happy to pay extra for, and Mary was professional and helpful.
The only thing I would suggest is better general instructions. I know that each plumbing set up is different (three trips to the hardware store just today!), but an informative site with pictures that describes the best plumbing practices would be great to have. Our searches online turned up very little.
