Excellent Quality, But
Outstanding quality fixture. I was very pleased with the product, with the exception of the retaining nuts to hold them in place. The antique, marble vanity I placed them in was 1 1/2" thick. When I attached the included, thick plastic retaining nuts, I had no room at the end of the threaded shank to attach the supply lines. The thin brass nuts that held the old faucets in place were of the wrong thread and couldn't be used. After no luck at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Aubuchon Hardware, I finally found a standard brass nut to fit, at an old fashioned, family owned hardware store. I will say, I had one of the faucets in hand at that last store, and both the owner of the store and a customer / contractor commented on the quality of the faucet and asked me for your website. My suggestion is you include standard, brass nuts along with the plastic ones, for thicker vanity applications.

Randolph Morris Basin Taps
The taps have been installed and are working well. Their construction is solid and their operation is smooth and flawless. The only negative thing I would have to say is that when they arrived they were much larger than I had suspected. It's hard to tell the size on - line and, although dimensions were supplied on the website, when you see them in reality it's a bit surprising. We're used to them now and the old taps now seem small. A worthwhile purchase.

Beautiful faucets !
These faucets are great ! They work well, seem to be solid in construction, are easy to use, and look awesome besides ! They are of much better quality, and cheaper, than almost any faucets you see in retail outlets.
